This applies to EPF members who are over 58 years of age but have not completed 10 years of Service. And by this ,Employees can withdrawn Pension amount fully under Employees Pension Scheme.
Employee might not have completed 10 years of service due to these reasons
- Members discontinued Employment before turning 58 years
- Members didn’t complete 10 years when they turned 58 years
There are some special cases in which members over 50 and 58 years of age are also eligible for Pension,which we will see later
This claim can be also made by heir or family members of the employee where the member has died after 10 years of service before completing 58 years.
